Buenos Días

I woke up early this morning(before Theo), and I felt like being productive right away!  This is very rare.  What do you do when you wake up to a quiet house? Prep for dinner with the in-laws tomorrow night.  The veggies for the verde sauce are roasting, and the house smells so tasty!  I want to gobble up some enchiladas right now, and its not even 8:30am.

And here is Theo...because he is awake now and is cuter than some charred tomatillos, even if he isn't smiling.
